We produce a full line of baked inclusions and mix-ins for your ice cream and frozen dessert needs. Our food technologists and bakers are experts in the formulation and production of products used in ice cream applications.

Baked Brownie
Chocolaty goodness. We stock the brownie in a half-inch size.

Baked Confetti Birthday Cake
Sweet white cake generously loaded with festive colored sprinkles.

Baked Pound Cake
Just like the classic cake but bite-sized. We stock a trans fat-free formula as well as one that contains shortening to meet differing customer needs.

History
We've produced baked inclusions for over 10 years. In 2010 Rhino invested in new processing methods and we are excited to offer baked add-ins for larger volume customers in 2011.
Manufacturing Specifications
Typical size: 1/2" x 1/2" x 1/2" - custom sizes available per request
Fines: Less than 10% through a 5/16" sieve
We ship in full pallet increments of 750 to 1080 pounds depending on the item.
All products are shipped below 0 degrees F. and are to be stored at negative 10 degrees F. or below.
