As the National Sales Manager, I am often the first contact for our customers and have the pleasure of introducing them to Rhino Foods’ cookie dough and bakery-style inclusions. And while I am proud to represent our products, it is really our people, company and culture I most enjoy promoting. Visiting customers for face-to-face meetings is the best part of my job, whether a family-owned ice cream producer in the heartland or a major producer / distributor in a metropolitan setting. These visits help me understand our customer’s needs to determine if a current item will work or if developing a custom piece makes more sense.
At Rhino Foods, we understand and value long-term relationships. Having been with the company for 30 years, I have seen firsthand that building long-term trust often means being patient. It can be months, and often years, to develop a new customer and a new relationship. We are known for our honest and open communications.
