I started my career in electoral politics because I knew I wanted to make a positive impact on the world. After working on campaigns around the country, I was ready to get more involved in my local community, and found a job with a local hunger relief organization. I worked closely with local businesses helping them find ways to leverage their expertise to help our community through their volunteer time. It was a real aha moment – I saw how much impact those businesses could have on the people we were serving.

It was during my time at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth MBA program that I discovered the B Corp movement. The idea of using business as a force for good resonated with my personal values and demonstrated that it was possible for business to move the conversation on important issues and have lasting positive impact on people and our planet. After my MBA, I worked at Seventh Generation for six years in a variety of roles on the Brand team. I loved being part of a company with such a strong mission and getting to create products that make it easy for our consumers to live their values every day. That’s the very reason I am excited to have joined the team at Rhino Foods. At Rhino, we have such deep expertise in the ice cream and inclusion world and we make the most delicious products, but it’s our commitment to our people and our community that motivate me. I’m excited to collaborate closely with our customers as we expand our ready-to-eat capabilities with innovative concepts and get ready to bring new customers into the fold.
