Helping people is one of my passions so it feels like a natural fit to be a part of Rhino’s People & Culture team! Rhino exemplifies all the values I hold personally, and I enjoy embracing these every day in support of our employees and our community. There is nothing more important to me than the relationships I cultivate, both professionally and personally, and the mutual growth that occurs between people when there is respect, trust and openness – this is how I help others to become their absolute best for their team, and their families and friends.
I am currently completing a master’s degree in Human Relations and Organizational Development from Champlain College and will graduate in May 2020. In between studying, I spend time being an energetic and silly mom to my son, hiking – which I have learned to love in every season, challenging myself at the gym, and experiencing random adventures right here in Vermont and beyond.
