I joined Rhino in June of 2022. As a native Vermonter, I grew up with values and beliefs that mimic those of Rhino Foods. These characteristics are what first attracted me to Rhino and the family who founded it. I started my career as an educator but quickly realized I was looking for something else. Shortly after leaving that career, I found myself working for a Canadian nutritional food manufacturer, discovering a passion for the process of creative innovation and sales. Always looking to learn, I soaked up over two decades of knowledge in the nutrition manufacturing industry, then I looked deeper into the ingredient side of things. This prompted a move to Chicago, where I joined a team of innovative people in the process of growing an ingredient company from the brainchild of its founder. This was a wonderful experience, but I longed for the green mountains and rolling hills of Vermont. Flash forward and perfect timing, Rhino presented an opportunity at just the right time.
I am a firm believer in fate or call it destiny and I am thankful I have made so many great connections along the path to get to my final destination.
