I’ve held many positions within Rhino’s Sales and Marketing department over the years. When you’ve been at a place for over twenty years, there is plenty of time for the company to determine your strengths, what you are interested in, and how it can be leveraged to support the success of customers and the company.
As the Demand Planner my analytically strengths are leveraged. I collaborate with our customers, data models and trending to build a rolling 18 month forecast that informs budgeting, production schedules, and long-range capacity planning. My work in our formal Sales & Operation Planning process and with Supply Chain informs inventory models, process improvements, software integration with the aim of making us more responsive to our customers and meeting their needs.
