Rhino runs production lines on the 1st (7am - 3pm) and 3rd (11pm - 7am) shifts and our 2nd shift (3pm - 11pm) is our Sanitation crew. BENEFITS
SKILL BASED PAY SYSTEM At Rhino Foods, employees feel like they have some control over how fast and how far they can progress. Both Production and Sanitation employees at Rhino work under what we call a "Skill Based Pay" (SBP) compensation system, which allows employees to receive base pay adjustments as they learn and demonstrate proficiency at progressively higher levels of skills on the job. Basically, the more you learn, the more you can earn! Guidelines have also been developed for the appropriate amount of time required to progress through each SBP level. A Personal Progress Chart is kept for each person, documenting the training completed and areas that should be worked on to get to the next level. This system is considered an extremely effective way of motivating employees to continually increase their level of skills and at the same time, reward those employees who have the ability to make the greatest contribution to Rhino.
