Our capabilities are at the core of our R&D efforts. Rhino's capabilities are wide-ranging and enable us to be a solution provider for many custom dessert co-pack or private label products. Our R&D group has developed dozens of products in partnership with our customers including: ice cream ingredients, cookie dough, ice cream cookie sandwiches, cookies, brownies, and cheesecakes.
Product Formulation: Every day we're working on customer requests to develop new products. Our food scientist and research chef will apply their knowledge and experience to develop a product formula that is right for your application.
Mixing: We utilize industrial sized mixing machines for batter making. We make over 500 lbs of batter at a time. If it needs to be mixed together, chances are Rhino can do it.
Extrusion: We extrude products every day to produce our world famous cookie dough inclusions.
Baking: We utlize industrial sized rack ovens to bake our products to perfection.
Freezing: Rhino uses nitrogen spirals to freeze products to specified tempatures for storage and distribution.
Pasteurization: We re-pasteurize all of our ice cream mix prior to production of ice cream novelties to ensure quality and food safety.
