All raw ingredients are evaluated upon arrival to our facility.
While on the production line, all batters are sampled by trained
employees to match flavor profile. We also check pieces for size
and weight.
Finished product testing includes microbiological tests and
a Finished Product Evaluation. Certificate of Analysis on any
product we ship is available upon request.
